ABOUT ME

About the author
I’m passionate about creating thriving workplace cultures where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to do their best work. While leadership has long been an interest of mine, my current focus is on people operations and organizational culture—how we design systems, spaces, and rhythms that help individuals and teams flourish.
I was born and raised in California and moved to Colorado after graduating from Biola University in 2016. I later earned my MA in Organizational Leadership from Denver Seminary in 2021, where I deepened my passion for learning and human-centered leadership. Today, I serve as the Digital Office & Culture Manager at Nourish Colorado, where I help build and sustain an inclusive and connected workplace.
I live in Denver with my wife, Kezia, and our beloved pup, Scout. I enjoy neighborhood walks, playing sports, and spending time with close friends. I’m a lifelong learner who’s always exploring new audiobooks and podcasts on leadership, culture, and personal growth.
Some of my favorite thinkers include Simon Sinek, Adam Grant, Malcolm Gladwell, Brené Brown, and Patrick Lencioni. I’m also a big fan of the Craig Groeschel Leadership Podcast and am constantly on the lookout for fresh ideas that challenge and inspire how we work and lead together.
